J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès mon arrivée. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le personnel a toujours été attentif et disponible pour répondre à mes besoins. Le service de restauration était de qualité, avec des plats variés et savoureux. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour son rapport qualité-prix et son ambiance agréable. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Azalaï with my husband! The property itself is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed with lovely scents of incense floating through the air that made it feel like a calm, luxurious oasis. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay—especially Ibrahima, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The infinity pool was a true highlight, with a relaxing atmosphere and great service at the poolside bar. Our room, while small, was very clean and well equipped, making it a comfortable place to rest and recharge. The only part of our experience that didn’t quite match the high standard of the rest of the hotel was the restaurant. We dined there the first night and found the food to be overpriced and the service not on par with the exceptional hospitality we experienced elsewhere in the hotel. That said, we truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend the hotel—just with the small note that dining off-site might offer better value and experience.

My stay at Azalail Hotel Dakar was exceptional! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was very convenient. But what really stood out was the amazing food,every meal was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and top-quality cuisine. I’ll definitely be back!

Service left something to be desired. Restaurant did not have many local choices (I did not come to Senegal to eat European food). The hotel does not offer car service, so you are left to use local taxis. The taxis are old, run down and the drivers are often reckless. There area is not walkable, and the hotel's location feels a bit like a back alley. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. I am very disappointed with my stay.
