Luxury at an affordable price

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Extremely comfortable beds. All the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me with my various questions and requests. Lovely pool. Delicious breakfast. Amazing value and i would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

Reason why 3 stars. They work only give you one room key. So annoying having to wait for staff to come open your door for you every time. I requested 2 and they said no…? Wanted two as you need aircon, otherwise the power goes off if room key not in slot. Would not recommend.

My partner and I stayed for two nights and have both agreed it was the nicest, most accommodating hotel we’ve been in so far. It felt safe, relaxed and all round a nice place to be. From the cooking and waiter staff, the reception desk and the spa ladies! We would happily come back again!

What I like the most was the honesty and clear instructions with very helpful and willingness to help right away. The room was extremely clean with daily service . The breakfast was always fresh and plenty of choices available. The staff in general were all there to help us in any situation that they are able .

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Thuy Duong 3 Boutique Hotel & Spa. The hotel is in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The service was truly outstanding, and Tai was especially amazing. Every time we needed something, he went above and beyond to assist us with a smile. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference in our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The hotel organised our airport transfer, which was smooth and convenient. Throughout our stay, every ride, meal, and interaction reflected genuine care and high-quality service. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to Hoi An’s main attractions, with plenty of shops, cafes, and amenities nearby. Despite being so central, the hotel feels peaceful and relaxing. I also had a massage at the spa, and it was fantastic, professional and deeply relaxing, just what I needed after travelling. This hotel offers great value, beautiful surroundings, and a team that truly cares about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. Thank you to the wonderful team, and a special thanks to Tai, for making our stay so memorable!

Very nice stay. Good size room and very clean. Very helpful staff. Just a few minutes walk to the old town and the riverfront. On a small very quiet side street so little to no traffic noise. Good breakfast and a nice restaurant and bar. Would recommend.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! Location is perfect. You can walk within minutes to shopping little stores, restaurants and main touristic attractions. Breakfast is wonderful, with fruits, cheeses, cold cut, different kind of breads, eggs made to order, salads, and local hot meals with chicken, rice and vegetables. Staff was very kind and helpful. We definitely recomend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The exterior and common areas are clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really lovely and included pho, omelets, cold cuts, lots of fruits and breads/pastry's.

The hotel was in a great location and offered good value for the price. However, there were a few downsides to my stay. There were no toiletries provided such as shampoo or conditioner, which was unexpected. The TV only worked via an app, which was confusing to use. Also, the air conditioning turned off whenever I left the room, as I was only given one key card – which made coming back to a hot room uncomfortable. With a few improvements, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

This place far exceeded our expectations. We liked it so much we joked about how could we live here permanently? The room was spacious, the breakfast was excellent, the location was fantastic but beyond all that it was the staff itself and their dedication to service that really Made this place stand out. The staff was second to none! Highly recommend!!!
