Great hotel and best staff ive met so far

This hotel was amazing. The staff are super helpful and kind. Special thanks to the reception guy and ladies. I cant remember their names. They were very sweet and helpful. The ladies at tour desk also were helpful and friendly. The pool area and lounge upstairs is awesome as well as the location of this hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved Danang vibes. People so much friendlier. Breakfast was very nice too. Beds were super comfy everything is so conveniently located.

I thought the location was just okay. There was construction around the property. It is right on a corner of a road and I found it to be too busy. I did not like the layout of the room. The bathroom is situated oddly inside the room and it just didn’t feel right for me. The staff was nice and all, however, I had asked some questions and was promised answers later in the day but I never heard back.

Being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, this hotel's location is great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The area that needs much improvement is breakfast buffet. There were a variety of food but the quality is not great. Also, the layout of the sink being separate from the bathroom is very inconvenient. And the sink itself is very small. It's not an ideal hotel for us.

Loved our stay at this hotel. Close to the beach and very friendly staff. I will stay again, however I would probably book a different type of room. I found there wasn’t much room to store clothes, no drawers or shelves, only hanging space. Also, no vanity to put your toiletries. I can see from your advertising that there are different rooms where there is a bathroom vanity.

I stayed for a week at Stella Maris Beach Danang Hotel during a business trip with my partners. While I encountered several negative experiences, the staff's service attitude helped to improve the overall stay. The hotel is located across from the beach. The sound insulation was poor—I could hear noise from outside and loud beach music that lasted well past midnight. Initially, the complimentary drinking water was provided in unsealed bottles, which raised concerns. However, when I brought this up with the staff, they promptly replaced them with sealed bottles. Overall, while the experience could have been much worse, the staff went out of their way to make it better, and their efforts were appreciated.

The absolute best staff I’ve ever had. I always stay at Stella Maris because the staff is so great. I travel eight months out of the year and stay in 100’s of hotels. When in Da Nang, this is where you want to stay.

My favorite place to stay when I’m traveling to Da Nang. The hotel is nice and the pool is nice, but the staff make it incredible. I travel for eights months every year and stay in 100’s of hotels. I have never had a friendlier and helpful staff like the Stella Maris has. The staff is simply the best. I will be staying there again soon.

Modern hotel, fit and finish was average. The biggest issue was the room layout, aweful, if you are travelling in pairs, having to draw a curtain to go to the bathroom is not on. You sit on the toilet and face the room. I had much higher expectations. On the positive, the staff were excellent, helpful, attentive and energetic, they were well trained and organised ready to spring into action when needed. Short walk to most highlights, it's just let down by the design of the rooms.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely time at the hotel. As it was our wedding anniversary when we were there, we arrived in our room to be greeted with a lovely card, a small cake and roses. Such a nice gesture. Our room was on the 14th floor so we had a great beach view. Very comfortable bed and room clean and in good order. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Staff all pleasant and attentive.
