Right across the beach! Nice spacious lobby and room. I got a suite with separate living room it was worth it, big comfy bed, good bathtub and shower pressure was great. One balcony opens, next door has a delicious Resto with Aunty face on the menu, better to dine in at lunchtime when everything is fresh, convenient store is close. Downside was Breakfast was not the greatest, lots of Viet carbs and cold salads and food should be a bit warmer. Also the hallways and towels all smell of strong cleaning products, bad if you’re allergic or sensitive so good to have balcony to air things out. Only white bread avail if you want bread. Easy to get around from here I would recommend this hotel!

A comfortable hotel with a good location.

I enjoyed my stay. First the location is the best! swimming pool and breakfast were good for me. But the only problem is the shower room had poor drainage, so water flowed outside and the towel I used to dry my feet got soaked.

Really nice hotel, excellent service, great price!

Great price for a nice hotel with great location and wonderful service. Free airport shuttle! We even added a rollaway bed and one extra adult guest to one of the rooms for a very reasonable fee … Daily Breakfast was great too! If we return to Da Nang we could easily choose this hotel again. Thanks.

Perfect location & easy access to My Khe beach with the stunning view. We stayed here for a week and experienced top rated quality & excellent service by the staffs especially with Ms Nguyen Long & Ms Tran Thi Dung who were very accommodating, kind & friendly. The front desk staff was happy and helpful. After check out we could leave or bags for the day and we greatly appreciated this service. The hotel was clean and had vintage charm. The view from the room was super and the neighborhood had many shopping and dining options. The beach was right across the street.

Really impressed with this hotel, especially for the price paid. The staff were friendly and really helpful in arranging tours and transport from the airport for a reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable and the view from our balcony on the 12th floor was incredible. The only caveat is that there is a beach bar across the road which played loud music into the early morning on all 3 nights that we stayed, which obviously isn’t the hotel’s fault. It wasn’t a major issue for us but light sleepers may prefer a room towards the back of the hotel. Overall, highly recommended.

The only good area was reception and Nancy Customer Service manager and in our view should be the overall manager. The hotel advertised Dinner and bar,neither existed.As two disabled travellers we rely on a hotel that does dinner and has a pool with bar.I took photos of their official website as proof. We therefore had to walk to dinner every night.The hotel has no disabled access,there is a side that You could hold on to but was blocked by two rows (18 pots) of plants.The slope if its for wheelchairs is so steep it would be unsafe so access is by all the steps. Housekeeping is a shambles,we had to call them back so many times,they even told reception we didnt want our room cleaned even ghough nobody knocked and the door was open.Bath was never cleaned properly. Toiletries were poor just one little round bar of soap about 2 cm wide and 2mm thick.Only enough shower gel and shampoo for a daily shower if they put any in the containers provided.There was no moisturiser nor conditioner. This hotel caters for guests who mainly only for guests who stay between 1 and 3 days.The hotel didnt seem to be able to upguage for guests who stay longer,we stayed 15 nights. Breakfast is nothing special and again the hotel website states a combination af east and west dishes,didnt see much western offerings if any. We were so disappointed in this hotel as we were so exited before arrival,we certainly felt mis sold.I have just checked their official site and it still says Paracel pool bar and
