My experience here was not a pleasant one! When I arrived, the trash hadn't been taken out, there were broken things in the room, & the towels I received were sometimes not clean. I extended my stay for an extra week out of necessity & I checked with the front desk if I needed to do anything on the day of my original checkout & was told no. The next day I get a call from animal control that they were called to come get my cat because I "abandoned it when I checked out". But I hadn't check out, I had extended it! When I got back to the hotel that day, the front desk told me I had to pay a late fee because they couldn't rent out that room but they couldn't have anyway because I had extended the stay. It was frustrating to be told I had to pay extra because I didn't check out and back in when I was told I didn't need to do anything. When I was actually checking out, they wouldn't let me check out/leave until they checked the room first (which no hotel does upon checkout) and they tried to say my cat ruined the corner of the bedspread. He did nothing of the sort because I had placed a blanket over it to prevent that in the first place. I chose this place out of necessity and stayed because there wasn't another option, but I have NEVER had such a bad experience at a hotel! I used to work in a hotel and know what the standards are supposed to be. I highly recommend to choose anywhere else to stay but here! I will never go back there...I'll sleep in my car before that.
Have stayed here for one to two weeks a month for about a year now. Have left my $40 deposit on retainer after first few stays. Checked in with new employee this last time..couldn’t understand the deposit thing so left 100 dollar bill. Checked out and they said I already picked up 100 deposit.. despite me still having deposit receipt. Guy at desk told me they already gave it back to me 20 times. Couldn’t explain why I still had deposit receipt. Have had three weeks to make it right. Haven’t heard a thing. Have spent thousands of dollars here and they threw that away for a hundo. thieves.
