ere is a draft for a highly critical, realistic online review based on those specific complaints: ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay — Unwelcoming Staff and Tired Facilities I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent stay at the Naviti Resort was deeply disappointing, especially given the cost. The biggest letdown by far was the service. We chose Fiji expecting the warm, world-famous hospitality the islands are known for, but instead, we were met with a generally cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff on arrival were dismissive and unhelpful when we had a minor billing discrepancy, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Throughout the week, the staff at the buffet and bar areas seemed entirely unbothered and exhausted, getting a simple drink order or assistance felt like pulling teeth. When it rained there is nowhere to shelter other than your room. Overall, the lack of effort from the team and the poor state of the resort made this a stressful trip rather than a relaxing vacation. We will not be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere on the Coral Coast.

Pet dogs sitting on same sofas as guests. They do leave behind ticks and hair which gives bites from ticks and allergic skin reactions which gives guests itchy feelings and hives swellings on arms and feet. Not pleasant experiencs when on holidays at the resort. Stony walkways to rooms is not comfortable for some guests. You need to employ more men to make luggage handling easier for workers at the resort.

Nice and quiet location. My room had great view of the river. The swimming pool was clean and clear. Staff was kind and friendly to all guests. Continental breakfast was simple and full breakfast was good. Evening dinner was very good. Parking and facilities were easy to access.

Well, everything was v good, bed was firm, aircon etc besides the showers at the doors need to have a level raised so that water doesnt pass out through that door, heard others complaining as well, having technical mind thought to share the solution, thanks
