Good experience

This hotel was good for what I needed. Nothing special but it was clean and comfortable. The pool and "gym" are not really usable. If you have kids, they would probably enjoy the pool. The breakfast was good and the location iw good. Close to the bus station and a short walk to the mall, Shopping Estação. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend this hotel. Book the hotel from an App like Hotels.com or Expedia for a much better price.

Good stay.

Be aware that there is an additional charge for service upon ending your stay. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Convenient to the main bus terminal.

Equipe gentil, boa limpeza. O ponto fraco é o elevador que as vezes dava problema. Quanto ao café da manhã, achei que tinha opções legais, mas precisa de mais gente trabalhando pq demoravam na reposição de comidas, talheres, etc. Passei mais de 10 dias no hotel, foi uma boa experiência.

O banheiro estava repleto de cupins, a porta está infestada. Ao chegar tive que dar uma saída para pedir para limpar o banheiro e passar um desinfetante pois estava com cheiro de mofo. O box é minúsculo. Os armários do quarto precisam de reformas também. O café da manhã é gostoso. Só fiquei um dia hospedado.
