"Great hotel in an excellent location."
We visited Curacao for the first time & we loved it; if you are looking for a taste of Europe with warm water, Curacao is it. We found Curacao to be the friendliest place we have ever visited; everyone we encountered was happy & helpful in any way possible. Scuba Lodge is a great base for exploring the island. At first blush it seems a bit urban but as soon as you walk into the hotel area you see lush gardens & the sound/smell of the ocean. Every staff member we encountered was friendly & happy to help with whatever we needed. While it is on the ocean, during our time there the waves were pretty large and constant; not to say you couldn't get in, we pondered it, but we only swam in the pool which has an infinity edge looking over the ocean. The other pool is more secluded. We had a car so we hit the beaches on the west end & other locations.Typically we were worn out & found the pool to be a perfect way to wrap up a day; the bar is literally steps away. Dinner one night involved beer/appetizers by the pool & that was perfect! When you want to enjoy a meal, Scuba Lodge's restaurant is great with dining along the sea wall & amazing sunset views. Great coffee/espresso. You can walk to many restaurants; too many to name, just follow Trip Advisor reviews to find what you are after. There were kids there but I would say Scuba Lodge is adult focused. The dive shop was very helpful; some of our personal gear broke & they helped us sort that. We will be back to Curacao and Scuba Lodge

"Awesome Hotel!"
Me and my family loved our stay at Avila Hotel. We just wanted a couple of days off work to enjoy a short vacation on the island. We've had a good time there. Very tranquil and beautiful views. Especially when the sun is going down. Make sure you bring your camera to take some great photos. The food was amazing! The hotel is very clean. Rooms are beautiful and house keeping cleans every single day. The hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and happy to help anytime with a smile on their face. They have beautiful beaches! If you're looking for a very tranquil hotel, then Avila Hotel is a good choice. Go ahead and book your stay at Avila hotel and be ready to have fun!

"Unique hotel experience - in a good way"
We stayed at the Kura Hulanda Village and Spa for 3 days. At first we were a little doubtful. The condition of our room seemed a little bit worn - but it was comfortable, and actually fine. The greater hotel experience won us over. It really is like a 'village' within the city, with cobbled lanes among beautifully restored old buildings. The outdoor eating area is set in what looks like a village square. The grounds are lovely, with many sculptures and other art, plus a beautifully landscaped pool, a spa - and unusual features, including an excellent museum...and a dialysis center (which we did not have occasion to use).

Curacao is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Curacao, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Curacao hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
