Our time at Rif Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao turned out to be such an amazing getaway that we even extended our stay by two extra days—we just couldn’t get enough! The location is perfect, with the resort close to Willemstad, a town that’s bursting with charm and color. We loved walking into the city every night to explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The entire resort, the island, and the town are incredibly Instagram-worthy, with stunning views and picture-perfect spots everywhere you look. The resort amenities were great, and while the service was on the slower side, it just added to the relaxed island vibe, and we didn’t mind at all. Kayaking through the mangroves was definitely a highlight—it’s such a peaceful and unique experience. We also rented a car right from the hotel, which made it super easy to explore more of Curaçao at our own pace. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable, giving us all the downtime we needed to recharge. Add great food and plenty of things to do, and it made for a stay that struck the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. If you’re planning a trip to Curaçao, this resort is a solid choice

I loved the buffet food options, the property location, friendliness of staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the room I stayed in. I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t offer an airport transfer service, booking of the specialty restaurants filled up quickly and I didn’t have the option to book the restaurants at the sister property via the app.

Customer service at the resort was lacking significantly cups were often left around all day. Whenever you asked the staff for help they acted inconvenienced. The food was mediocre at best no real variety and lacked flavor.

Great location close to town. The biggest drawback is that there is an artificial beach, and that there are the large imposing cruise ships to the South on certain days in this location. Great food.

Staff barely spoke to you. They spoke amongst theirselves at the counter before servicing you. I called The Rif prior to getting to the location to tell them I made a mistake for the number of guests and could another person be added on with no additional fees. I was informed yes. I got there I was charged another $625. That was such an inconvenience, because I would’ve cancelled my reservation. Food was poorly seasoned and not enough options. I thought all inclusive meant better service, but you served yourself. The restaurants were always booked so I left the resort for better food options. The beach was very rocky once you got in the water rocks were all on the water bed. Not comfortable to walk on. For the price that I was charged I would not recommend. Also staff was not warm or welcoming the property is beautiful but the customer service was very poor I give that a 2.

The customer service was Horrible…. Staff was not helpful at all…. The Room service we ordered took very long and when it finally got to the room. The order was wrong. Our restaurant reservation was not on “the list” and the host told us to step aside so he can help “Other” guests. I was shocked I can’t believe he didn’t attempt to rectify the issue. The resort is nice but the staff was NOT…. I will not be returning.

Loved our stay, beautiful and cristal clean resort. Good location also, easy to travel around with local bus. Only thing that was under my expectations was the food variety. We went out to eat a few times, and restaurants offerd more quakity and tasteful choices.
