I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The property was extremely clean. We loved the coffee shop, the kayak tour, the water slide and ping pong table. The staff was very courteous, and polite. The bars were very efficient and waited on us quickly. The food could use an upgrade. Also, if from US you need to bring travel plug adapters for your phone.
