This was a great place, up in the mountains, within the Smokey National Park. The last turn in and up to the property was sharp and somewhat tricky to see from the one direction, so just know that. I for one wanted to see bears and the fam and I saw 3 - it was great! Our room(s) were much larger than expected and my son really enjoyed the jet bath!

Close proximity to the park and walking distance to Downtown. Great arrangement of rooms and free laundry.

Beautiful room, historic building nicely restored. There are no staff on site but everything is provided to a very high standard.

The Windsor Hotel was simply stunning!! It exceeded our expectations. The decor and the comfort was well appointed. A home away from home for sure!!! The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I absolutely loved every single moment of our stay. The location and availability to shops and restaurants was awesome!! Thank you Windsor Hotel and staff for a wonderful experience.

Says free breakfast only 2 the rest you pay for in your group 18 dollars for uncooked eggs and had to pay pay for Drinks all about the Money Not The Guest no free coffee had to buy it went to McDonald's for coffee not very good place Alcahol at the pool not good place for children drunks all over the pool 1 star for swimming

The Ramsey is a clean hotel. The staff are always helpful. At check in the staff will tell you where everything is at (breakfast, pool, and gym?. The Ramsey has movies every night to enjoy with your family. The Ramsey has a great location. It is back off the main highway but you still are able to walk to most stores and attractions on the main road.

Great service, staff was welcoming and friendly! Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Great location everything was within walking distance.

Adam's service during check-in was exemplary! In general, the guys receptionists were very professional and helpful. The ladies, not so much! Pillow covers were not clean, but they were replaced quickly after a call to the reception. The furniture and the room were beautifully designed, but signs of wear were visible. Little touch ups would be beneficial. Down
