We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Regina in Madrid! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in an ideal central location. What truly sets it apart, though, is the exceptional team—the staff and management are incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The service throughout our stay was top-tier, and we felt wonderfully looked after from start to finish. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely make Hotel Regina our home base on every future trip to Madrid. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for six days during our trip to Spain, and it was an excellent home base for exploring Madrid. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. With two bedrooms, a spacious living area, and two separate bathrooms, it was a perfect fit for our family of five. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast items provided to help us get settled after our arrival. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and we’d especially like to thank Talles, who checked us in. He took the time to recommend places to visit in both the neighborhood and Madrid, and his suggestion to attend a flamenco dinner show ended up being the highlight of our trip. The location was another big plus. We loved walking around the neighborhood, which has plenty of great restaurants, and several Metro stations are within easy walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Madrid, especially families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Hotel Rui was the best choice for Madrid! It is in the city center and walking distance to all the sites you want to see. The staff was very professional and friendly. Their rooftop bar was the best with spectacular views of the city! Their pool and lounge areas are a great addition especially if you are visiting during the summer. Their breakfast buffet was a great way to start your day. Overall, Hotel Rui was one of the best hotels we have visited as frequent travelers. We can’t wait to visit another Hotel Rui in one of their other locations!!
