This boutique hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. Just around the corner from the historic center and walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. The staff were so unbelievable friendly, professional and eager to help with our inquiries. Particularly, Eleonara from guest services and Maria Francesca at reception. They were both very personable and their smiles set the tone for the day. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and always so well stocked with much variety to suit any diet. Nicoletta, Nives and Giorgia were always there to great you with a smile.

A wonderful restful stop in Salento. The pool and the cute palace cats were a real hit with my daughter. The palace is beautifully restored and decorated with antiques. The alfresco dinner in the garden by the fountain was refined and unforgettable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got to visit their medieval olive oil making subterranean tunnels as a bonus. It’s off the beaten track but definitely a must to visit.

Arrival through beautiful tall wood doors, but have to swing wide to get round them in the car - you can’t see what’s coming until you commit to the turn. Drive lined with lovely terracotta pot lamps which were lit at night, signpost directing you to reception isn’t lit - would be helpful if you arrived at night. Warm welcome by receptionist who also showed us round and to our room. Had booked a mezzanine room which was lovely. Bathroom was on the ground floor, the stairs were quite steep, and hubby’s arthritis was playing up. Also difficult if you need the bathroom during the night as room became very dark. Hubby ended up sleeping in the lounge area for safety for the first night. Spoke to Francesco in reception the next morning and he kindly sourced us a fully ground floor room “we want to keep our guests happy!” The rooms are decorated in keeping with the Moroccan style, but are tired and in need of renovation, particularly the terracotta floor tiles which are badly damaged and gouged and are an accident waiting to happen - also in reception area. Wardrobe was dusty. Pool is large and spacious, surrounded by palms, cleaned each day. Site is open to day guests and it was very hot so can become crowded. Luckily we had sussed out the better sunbed re shade and got there early; beds got, no seating position. Pool towels provided. Pool bar nice. Had lunch in restaurant - nice choice. WiFi poor connectivity. Good location though.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and beautifully restored masseria just outside Otranto. The setting is serene, surrounded by olive groves and close to the coast, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. One of the highlights of our visit was the fish set menu – fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt authentically Salento. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the best of Puglia.

The owner and staff were lovely, attentive and very helpful. Rooms were new and cleaned thoroughly daily. Beautiful views. Tranquil location in late May before the summer season begins. It would be nice if they removed sea weed from the beach sand. Also we had a problem with billing but the staff were very concerned and worked to resolve it.
