We enjoyed our one day stay. Room was a good size and had everything we needed. I'd stay here again

The hotel lacked a sign but once you found it, all was good. The roo. Is basic but it has a microwave and coffee maker. There is a store attached to the hotel which has all you need. It is in a very rural area mostly for fishing or hunting. It is close to Crater Lake which was my destination so it worked out well. The TV selection kept much to be desired. It had access to Netflix, Hulu Amazon Prome but you have to have your own account to use it. Not too much choice if you don't have your streaming g passwords and sing ins.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were passing through Klamath Falls during a long road trip. My husband, our kids, and I were completely exhausted after a long day of driving, so we decided to book a hotel for the night simply to get some rest. When searching, this hotel had good reviews and the pictures looked acceptable for what we needed. Unfortunately, the room we were given was NOTHING like the pictures or the description online. The entire place felt dirty, extremely outdated, and honestly unsafe. The A/C unit looked like it was barely being held in the window, and the bathroom had stains that were incredibly concerning and made us uncomfortable using it. The overall condition of the room was so bad that our children were genuinely terrified. At that point, despite having already driven **8 hours** and desperately needing sleep, we decided we would rather get back on the road than stay there. I have never seen my kids follow directions so quickly they were ready to leave immediately. That should say everything about how uncomfortable and unsafe this place felt. I understand that a hotel doesn’t have to be luxurious, especially when you’re just looking for a place to sleep during a road trip. But there is a huge difference between an older, basic hotel and a room that feels dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe for a family. The pictures and reviews gave us a completely different expectation from what we actually experienced. We ended up immediately.
