The guests travelling from abroad wanted out ... wanted to leave as nothing was functional. The wifi was constantly off, no nothing...? I called asking for a supervisor, but sadly she wasn't available. The name, Ramada by Wyndham "was" gold standard with much offerings to its guests... nothing worked; it was as if the only function was to use the area to sleep and that's if my guests could. I am hurt that my guests were unhappy and I felt as if it was a mistake. I apologize for the blunt honest review; look, I know when things go wrong, remedial resolutions are deployed... emergency plumbing, heat wave causing power fluctuations (given what happened last week heat wave advisory). How we undertake the appropriate care is what matters.

The location is very central and the lobby is a comfortable place to regroup. The bar and restaurant have a great vibe and the staff are all curtious , friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is why I keep coming back to the Loews Regency Hotel!

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. The room was visibly falling apart and did not meet the standard I expected for the amount I paid. There were several issues throughout my stay, including: The curtains had visible black dirt and stains. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The shower was in poor condition, with paint from the shower ceiling falling into the bathtub. I was unable to control the air conditioning at all. The vent above the air conditioning unit was missing. These issues made my stay very uncomfortable and significantly impacted my overall experience. I spoke with the hotel management during my stay, and they acknowledged that the hotel is very old and is scheduled to be renovated soon. They also informed me that if I had booked directly through the hotel, they would have issued a full refund. However, because I booked through Expedia, they advised me to contact Expedia to request a refund instead. Given the poor condition of the room and the hotel's acknowledgment of these issues, I respectfully request a full refund. The accommodations I received were not representative of the price I paid or the quality that was advertised.

When booking I was truly a bit apprehensive. I’d never stayed at. Hard Rock property and didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and in awe of the hotel. It was beautiful from the moment you enter the building with helpful staff, well appointed and comfortable rooms, and ideal location!

My entire stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel was phenomenal and absolutely comfortable and so beautiful and well maintained and super clean. I loved my room and location within the hotel. Overall amazing stay I will be back again.
