It was very quick and easy to check in. An added bonus was the guest kitchen we were able to use to gather to play cards with fellow travellers. We had access to a full kitchen if needed we could just clean up after using, very unique!

When booking the Fox hotel, I didn't realize that it was such an environmentally friendly hotel. It was a very pleasant surprise! I would absolutely stay here again. My only small wish is that they had regular bikes to borrow, I didn't realize they would all be e-bikes when I first saw the bike rentals online.

Absolutely amazing staff. We mistakenly left an item behind and they reached out to us immediately. Hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we got it back. I am truly impressed with the quality of their service. Hotel was lovely and we really enjoyed staying there.

The sustainability efforts at the Fernie Fox are truly unmatched. It's something you have to see to believe really. It's been a favorite hotel of ours for a few years or more and every time we stay, there is something else they've improved upon. The hospitality is genuine, the cleanliness outstanding, the amenities make you feel like you're at home, and the scenery is breathtaking.
