Wonderful location! The property is tidy, tasteful, and perfectly situated...a home away from home.

Beautiful old world hotel in the center of downtown. Beautifully decorated, many nice touches in the room, plush towels, comfy bed, restaurant downstairs. It may be disappointing to look out the window at the wall of the building next door but the quality of the room makes up for it. And expect $30/day valet parking. Highly recommend!

Room clean, parking plenty, close to restaurant but does offer breakfast. Close to major freeway , Shopping area and Costco. This was our 2nd stay here.

We would absolutely stay here again! The room was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's located in a perfect spot so we were able to walk almost anywhere downtown easily and not have to worry about finding parking whenever we wanted to go somewhere. They upgraded our room (not sure if this was tied to the Expedia rewards thing or just something they were able to do for us) but it was so nice to have that extra space. The daily cleaning team was amazing, we would head out for breakfast and by the time we came back they had already came in to clean up and get us fresh towels, etc. We didn't try to utilize many of the "extras" but they had a nice coffee stand in the lobby with a variety of syrups available and the business center looked really nice if you were to need to use it.

The room was clean, the TV was big. I only stayed one night. There were lots of choices for breakfast.

Great location for a sweet hotel.

When I checked in they told me I got transferred hotels from the express to the regular holiday inn which was fine, but I thought that breakfast was included only to find out that you had to pay for breakfast, a bit disappointed but it wasnt a deal breaker of course. The beds and pillows were super comfy!!!
