Staff was friendly! One of the most sketch places I’ve stayed. - the door did not close properly and I had to hold my whole body against it to close and dead bolt it since that was the only lock out of 3 that worked -no towels in the bathroom to use -the door to go inside was propped open by a rock… -my mattress had no fitted sheet, the bed was not fully covered -only 2 tiny lumpy pillows -no WiFi -only 2 of my lights worked and that was the bathroom and one lamp so it was very dark -leaving no one was there so I just left my key at the desk -the ac was okay but still very muggy in the room Overall would not recommend, I slept on top of the bed using a bag as a pillow and woke up constantly due to fear of not trusting the lock on the door.

This is definitely not a "hotel" you want to stay for comfort or quiet. The walls and ceilings are VERY thin. Gave "motel" vibes. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like a herd of elephants jumping up and down off the beds. We could easily hear the other neighbor's children fussing, while other people let their kids run amock down the hallways. There were very large water spots on the ceiling and stains on the bed coverings. Mattress cover had stains and crumbs on it. Large gaps in the doorways let a lot of light and sound into the room. Overall cleanliness within the room was okay and you can tell the staff tried to make it nice. However, this is definitely somewhere you stay for the price and nothing else. Clientele was questionable and rough. Only needed a room for the night (less than 12 hours), which was the only reason we stayed here.

Unique place on a beautiful property. So peaceful with an amazing view of the lake. A bit confused at first about the seperate suites. We would definitely like to come back and spend more time exploring the area.

Bonnie the front desk, receptionist, was fantastic wonderful employee very helpful with everything. I believe she deserves a raise. She is a great employee and I would not let her go if I was the Company. The bed was comfortable the room was clean, just with the remodel, there are a few minor aesthetic issues but nothing major, I did enjoy my stay. Thank you.

Breakfast could be improved. No bacon or sausage. The room took about a full day to cool down. Fan would not adjust off low. Shower was great, bed comfortable. Ice machine was not working.
