You really can't beat the location, but that was about the only highlight. The elevators were dirty, the hallways had a heavy, unpleasant odor, and the building as a whole feels old and neglected. The room itself was not clean, and finding stray hairs on the bed was a definite red flag that forced us to clean up before sleeping. While we expected the self check-out process, we hoped for a much higher standard of cleanliness. It was barely okay for just one night.

The hotel is very centrally located for downtown. Rooms are big, beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Everywhere is very clean

This is a lovely, compact hotel, ideal for a short stay. Right in the middle and very close to the old quarter, so super convenient. Huge bed! Helpful, friendly staff.

It was a horrible experience. Contact with the hotel was non existent. We booked then had to rebook a new hotel because we didn’t receive check in instructions as it was self check in and there was nobody at the actual property. Then they refused to refund me after the fact. Do not book this hotel.

There was no staff. If there was a problem there was no one to cintact.
