Prolongacion Avenida del Mediterraneo, Almeria - Map
"Convenient location fro an overnight stay."
My only disappointment was the restaurant. Poor service and selection and quality of food left "a lot" to be desired!

"Nice Hotel close to shopping mall"
Very kind and friendly staff. Sadly the two sheets on my bed appeared to have been attacked by small moths and the only blanket was torn. Other than that the room and shower room were fine.

"well placed "
Within walking distance of main historic places of interest, main market and shopping areas. Good basic choice of breakfast. Excellent coffee. TV channels included BBC World News. Reception pleasant and helpful. Easy parking! No tea or coffee making facilities in room - a big disappointment . Unfortunately we were given a room on the first floor by the Terrace, entrance of the hotel and hotel bar. Football matches were played with additional loudspeaker outside the terrace .Being woken up every morning 06.30 hrs with the bar staff moving tables & chairs. The sliding electronic hotel entrance door causing unnecessary vibration & noise. Basically avoid the 1st floor (above the bar & entrance). Was offered a change of room but because of the inconvenience it would cause with packing & unpacking the offer was turned down. Lastly, a special mention of the staff member with a bob hair style (dark brown) on our third morning. She never smiled. Her approach was rather rude towards us as well as Spanish residents. For exampke, She wanted to double check with her other blonde colleague (very pleasant & helpful) that we had indeed been checked in. When a Spanish resident spoke of the coffee machine not working, she just pushed her way without a word to reach to the machine. Judging by the reaction of the resident, she was rather shocked.

"Good value for money"
Great value for money and friendly staff, nice modern luxurious bathroom. However, It was impossible to get sound on the TV, and the room looked out onto an abandoned building site. Also, the hotel is located a way away from the city centre, and from shops and restaurants and anywhere to eat in the evening.

Paseo de Almería, 58, Almeria - Map
"Middle of town"
This is a six floor hotel located in the middle of the shopping/restaurant area of Almeria city. We stayed here for a week in the beginning of September. On check in the staff were polite, smiling and efficient. The only problem we had was we are not very good at Spanish and their English was not much better. There was a restaurant in the basement. The menu was limited, but in Spanish/English, which was a benefit and lunch started at one o'clock. We ate there once and that was enough. Steps to enter the hotel, a bit awkward if disabled, they lead to reception and a sitting area. There is one lift to all floors. The corridors are clean and well maintained as are the rooms. Entrance to the room is by key and you need a key for the safe. The first room we were given stank of cigarette smoke, but we had no problems getting another room after reception apologised. The rooms are not overly large, but adequate. The beds are comfortable and clean. They have enough electrical sockets and a t.v. (local Spanish channels only) and fridge are provided. We were given two bottles of water on arrival, but after that it was a case of buying your own, which is unusual. The bathroom was large with a bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. There was a wall mounted a/c unit that was efficient. The first room we were given, that stank of smoke, had a bathroom that was a lot smaller. The hotel was suitable however it's location is excellent.

"Weekend, end July "
Dinner, 18€ for menu, drinks included for non residents. Not included for residents????? Very good food, several choices, something for everyone, good value Breakfast bit of a disappointment, but OK for price 6€ continental. Cheap wafer thin ham, plastic type cheese. Very overcooked scrambled egg, swimming in liquid. No provision for any parking, Not even for disabled, it was a nightmare finding somewhere. Hotel on beach, albeit down steep staircase. 3 minutes walk to centre. Large room, large bathroom. overlooking sea but for the price we paid I did expect a balcony. Couldn't keep shutters fully open, room overlooked from property next door, and staircase to beach at front of room. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. No lift. We had a room on the ground floor but stairs to bar and restaurant and beach. Friendly staff, very high standard of cleanliness. Fantastic views from lounge and restaurant.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Costa de Almeria hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
