Stayed here last minute before leaving Milan and so glad we did. In a quiet area of town, perfect for our family of 4 and easily accessible by highway. Rooms were super spacious for us, hotel was spotless, and the gym and breakfast areas were much better than expected. 5 stars all around!

Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

The hotel was under renovation when we visited. It was very much overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was nice with a good range of options.

If you have the Numa and WhatsApp apps; have uploaded the necessary information prior; AND have received your PIN to access the property and your room. You will have a great stay as the room and staff (especially Emma) were great, BUT this is not actual hotel where you can just walk into reception and check in. You cannot get into the property with completing ALL three elements listed above and the doorbell on the street does not work during traditional hours. This is an overly-engineered hotel which works great as long as all the technology works. We appreciated the early check-in, free luggage lockers and water. Of note, the coffee in the lounge and in our room was horrible.
