Staff was nice enough, but they appear to be understaffed and the property looks in poor condition. The sofa bed was wrecked inside and it took a half hour to get a cot for our 10 year old. There were only 2 towels in the room when reserved for 5. The employee that brought the cot up said we had to go to the front desk for towels as she was busy. There were busy at the front desk said they would be a bit, then we had to go back to the front desk to pick them up 15 minutes later. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the shampoo was out and the soap was almost out, so luckily we had our own. Some of the other furniture in the room, such as the tv stand, looked as if people had tried to move it but partially ripped it out of the wall. The parking lot had potholes that would bottom some cars out. This place needs maintenance and more staff. The front desk employee was not aware of the broken sofa bed at checkout, so we are unsure if we would have been hit with that if we hadn’t mentioned it.

This place is not what they advertise. Rooms are extremely small, and mine was dirty when I got there. They have outdoor lights on the back side that light up the entire room so it never gets dark. The front staff was not helpful or kind.

The bedding smelled musty. Breakfast was only cereal, so why even provide breakfast?

Rooms were clean just pretty basic particularly the bathroom . Decor a little depressing in general . Staff were polite in the hotel and the Casino Really fun Casino good games Nice dinner and good service in the casino pub .

The on-site staff were amazing and very friendly but the ownership lives out of province and was very defensive when asked simple questions. This resort is advertised as being a "2-minute" walk to Parlee Beach. It is at least a thirty minute walk or more. The room was recently renovated but not functional. There were handles missing on the dresser and so we were unable to open and close the drawers. There were no plugs or outlet in the bathroom. The toilet was leaking brown. There was no hot water for periods of time. Apparently the water tank runs out. That is not ideal with 4 people needing showers after a day in the sand. After about an hour the water did turn back warm, but we missed a dinner reservation. the bathroom door is a barn door and doesn't close properly and the pull out couch blocked the entrance to the bathroom when pulled out so was not useable and there was no way to move it around. The air conditioning is a window unit that was extremely noisy and unpredictable when it would pop on an off. We paid over 500 for two night at this motel and we would simply never return. This is a 2 star at max. It is close to lots of amenities by car, but they way it is presented and advertised on here like it is a beach side motel is extremely misleading. It was clean and like I said the on site staff were great, but couldn't really do much to address our concerns.
