I really hate to be negative but this was a rough experience. Overall, the room wasn’t super clean (cobwebs, food on the floor, dead bugs, etc.) and we found multiple bugs on the towels, in the bed, and on the wall. The door to the room had a visible opening at the bottom which meant lots of noise and air coming through. The front desk staff was friendly and kind but the room wasn’t great.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and functional.

Loved the upscale vibe and the Native American theme.

The property and the rooms were amazing but unfortunately the staff wasn’t. At the check in they tried to put us in the basement room with a view of a retaining wall. Every time we had a question about the area activities, etc., they had no answers for us. They told us about the roof top bar but every time we tried to go we couldn’t get in and they didn’t prioritize the hotel guests.

We loved the Wyoming Inn. Our room was very nice and the bathroom was large and the shower was large. The Inn has a great Spa hot tub room which is nice to relax in after a lot of hiking. The restaurant and bar was nice too. There was great lobby with coffee always available. We also like the little bonuses like cookies being available and complimentary ice cream. The location was great. Gun Barrel was within walking distance and the city of Jackson Hole was just a short drive as was Grand Teton National Park.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely.
