This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

Cleanliness, however I don’t like the carpet which made my nose stuffy as I am allergic to dust

This property was amazing and it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was excellent. They clean your room every day and give you free water and soda. It’s very quiet due to it’s proximity so you will sleep good.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with Train Street, the night markets and Hoan Kiem Lake all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed and had a great view over the Old quarter. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and different options each day. The restaurant and rooftop bar staff were incredibly attentive, and the front desk team (Thomas, Sarah and team) went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble—we were truly spoilt. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.

We had such a warm welcome by all the staff and they were very helpful in supporting us with our lost airport bags. Our flight was delayed by 24 hours so we missed one of our night's...they worked really hard calling expedia to get them to cancel our cancellation fee. They went above and beyond to help us. It is a short walk to the lake. I would highly recommend this hotel.
