Upon returning to my room from a long day with kids, the Room was not cleaned. The front desk staffed we're not concerned at all until i got pissed of their attitude. I had to make my bed and clean my own room because they couldn't be bothered. I even requested a couple extra blankets, so how meeting knew it needed cleaning. While checking out, the girl was polite and mentioned the GM would call. Never recived that either.

Fascinating experience

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with lavish décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a vast variety of options! Every staff member I encountered was attentive and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. During my check-in, Khristina was beneficial and warmly welcoming. Jürgen went out of his way to accommodate my needs and concerns during checkout. I am grateful, and I recommend this place to anyone who comes to the Walnut Creek Embassy Suites
