Parking was adequate for amount of rooms . I had no parking issues. Room clean. I must say we got a good night's rest. A great family location. Get a upper room if foot traffic above you is bothersome. I'm not a big user of wifi. Restaurants are great close by .

It was ok, but not quite what we had expected/hoped for. Bed/matrass was very comfortable. Lightbulb 1 of the bedside lamps burned out. Bathroom: Sink was not draining, backed up. Location, grounds, and views are absolutely spectacular! The room was clean and comfortable, but very dated. The views are unparalleled, and that is what you are paying for. If you are looking for anything beyond a peaceful, beautiful view, you should probably stay somewhere else.

We left our food in the take out bag it came in, picked up but not to fill the trash. Some of the food did end up in the trash. Both the trash can and bag of food, as well as the chair and table were completely covered in ants! Kind of a bummer to wake up to at 5:30am!
