Loved the beautiful neighborhood the hotel is situated in. The valet parking gentlemen were extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the restaurant food was delicious. Overall a great experience in an exciting city.

Everything was excellent with our stay at Hotel Burg, the staff was helpful and attentive, the room was clean and well furnished, the lounge and roof top bar had a great ambiance and excellent menu. We are excited to return again!

Location is excellent. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need. Space was very comfortable, clean, and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Lots of light and windows. Host was helpful and able to accommodate my schedule needs too.

Good hotel for business travel.

The hotel is very beautiful and it was great having a nice restaurant and a bakery/ coffee place on site( amazing food) . I was disappointed with the customer service. 1- the cleaning crew just comes to organize the room and bring extra towels if it’s requested for( I read that in a pdf sent) . No one instructed that at check in. 2- I left a nice dress in the hotel room and I called and I sent 3 emails and I was totally ignored.
