Second Elevator was down the entire 4 days we were there. Constantly waiting for coffee in the morning. The lady at the front desk had the personality of a door knob and treated us like we were interrupted the game on her phone.

We chose the hotel because it had a spa, which didnt disappoint and an outdoor pool. Overall hotel is very well maintained. Pool area a little small for the amount of guests, not enough lounge chairs..However Moises at the pool bar is a gem. Smiles easily, patient- considering ordering food can be challenging...he could use a food runner when its busy. Hotel ambience upscale and we felt safe. Our room was very nice and clean, Updated decor, spacious. Complimentary soap, shampoo etc were very, very nice. The view from our room not so nice as we mainly faced a brick wall, they should have discussed a possible upgrade$$?? Fortunately, we were only in the room for the most part to shower and sleep. Room was very quiet. The Restaurant wasvery busy and was challenged at breakfast time...seating and service experienced delays but the staff was always pleasant. Breakfast was pricey. Location on the Wharf was excellent. Would definitely stay again but would discuss room location and possible breakfast included price!

Being on a college campus did make arrival somewhat confusing. That was the end of any issues I had with this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous from jump. A problem I had in the room upon arrival was rectified immediately. Parking was a bit pricey, but worth it and close by. I most definitely will be chosing this location anytime I have to come to DC.

This was a very nice hotel for the price. It very easy to walk to the Metro station. Felt very safe. Hotel was very clean and the room was very nice! I would definitely go back!

I would have given this a higher rating but felt assaulted when we entered the portico and into the hotel. The large pictures of seductive young men were offensive to us. The decor of the worn out carpet didn’t help. Then realizing it had been a church was insulting. The water pressure was difficult in our bathroom. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms were clean.

What a vacation!! Fun was had by all!! Ages ranging from 10 - 63 yrs. Late check in, no problem. Location, location, location!! So many things to do or just hang out by the pool. Love that the pool was open until 10 pm, loved the private balcony; hanging out with the frogs, deer and lightning bugs (fireflys) The property was clean the condo was clean. We hope to come back!!! Soo many things left undone

Room was unique. Small, cruise ship size and smaller. Bed set that the 2nd person had to climb over their roommate to get to their side. You can use toilet and shower at same time. Narrow space to walk through room. I will say when traveling you only need a place to sleep and this works for this purpose. I asked for fresh towels in morning and the room to be freshened up and trash removed, but this was not done and we didn't have privacy tag on door. We needed new towels and trash removed. I was impressed with the check in staff and manager. Very pleasant and helpful with my reservation issue. Thank you. I was also impressed with the computerization of the entire room. This included tv, lights shades, and music. The iPad convenience was GREAT and fun to play with. Only problem was the sleep timer setup didn't work. No timer to turn off TV. It didn't work. Because of the cleanliness & service issues it didn't match the cost of the room. I would not ever go back. P.S. Expedia you were wonderful to set up this last minute emergency need.

I had an absolute blast here. The rooms are beautiful and impeccably clean. Staff is excellent and very helpful. We came for a staycation and will be back!
