Colona Vacation Packages

This is a hotel that you would stay at if you just need a place to sleep for a night. Housekeeping needs to improve. Hair found in the bed and in the shower. Hotel is out-dated but the staff was nice and accommodating. The upper lock on the door was broken off and we were moved to a new room.

Was clean and the breakfast was great.

Only an avid gambler that wants to be as close as possible to the gaming floor should stay at this hotel. The hotel is uninviting. The front desk staff is dismissive and not helpful or welcoming. The restaurant has extremely limited hours. When it is open the food is bad and appeared to merely be taken from the buffet line. The rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. The rooms are very humid and wet all of the time. The curtains are filled with holes. There is a general bad smell to the room. It is nice that the casino is non-smoking. There is plenty of free parking. The immediate TSA like security when entering the hotel creates a negative vibe. Overpriced for what is provided. Save the money, stay somewhere nicer, and Uber or drive to the casino when you want to gamble.
