the heater in the room did not work. the staff provided a portable heater for the second night's stay, which helped. the room was not as described. (I blame Hotels.com) it was supposed to be arrange for 3 adults and one child. In reality, it could only accommodate 2 adults and one small child. We had to rent an extra room. On the plus side, the night manager discounted a second room by 50%.

“The hotel is a bit far from the city center. It is 1 kilometer from the tram stop and 500 meters from the bus stop, and after that you have to walk uphill. Apart from the transportation issue, it is a clean and nice hotel. However, although we made our reservation on hotels.com with breakfast included, we learned at the hotel that breakfast was not included and we were asked to pay an extra fee. Even though we emailed the authorities, hotels.com claimed that the mistake was ours. It was the first time we encountered such a situation. Be very careful when making a reservation on the site.”

Hotel liegt sehr günstig ruhig und nur einige Minuten hinter der Autobahn. Räume sind neu, Bäder sind noch nicht renoviert, aber dennoch in guten Zustand. Frühstück ist wirklich gut, der Frühstücksraum zweckmässig.

Parken auf der Strasse, vor dem Haus o.k.Das Frühsdtück Super. Der Empfang am Anreisetag top. Habe am Anreisetag bezahlt, incl. Kulturförderabgabe, die der Mitarbeiter am Empfang am Samstag beim ausschecken nochmals abkassieren wollte, da er von nichts eine Ahnung hatte und meinte die Rechnung wäre falsch und ich müsste nochmal zahlen. Kein Grund wiederzukommen bei solchen Mitarbeitern.
