My sister and I attempted to stay in this hotel. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The level of hygiene and cleanliness was far behind the acceptable standard. We’re shocked to find our room in a very poor condition. There were bunks of dust around the walls and under the bed and in every corner, around the lamps and desks. hair and dust on the beddings, the bathroom was very dirty the toilet seat dusty and had scaling. Dead insects and wasp on window seals. The air conditioning was not functioning. We reported the issue to the receptionist immediately and we asked the room to be cleaned they offered us a different room the alternative room was unfortunately in even worse condition. I refused to stay in this hotel because my sister has very sever allergy reaction to dust.
The receptionist acknowledged the situation and assured me that I would be eligible for a refund. However, since I had booked through a third-party platform, I was informed that I would need to contact the hotel management directly to process the refund, as the hotel could not cancel the booking from their side without managerial approval. I’ve been chasing them for two weeks and still no response.
