The front desk staff, housekeepers and Breakfast area were stellar.

It was nice to stay for a weekend but the neighborhood was nice I like the location where it wasn't too far from grocery stores food areas the only thing I was saying is it's nothing for the kids to do but overall I like it

The carpet needs replaced, the ceiling was dirty where the ac vent was, otherwise it was a nice room.The staff were very helpful,the casino was ausome and the parking was good

I am extremely disappointed with our stay at the Hilton in St. Charles. We have stayed here before, but the condition of this hotel and the customer service have seriously declined. When we arrived, the pool and hot tub area was filthy. There was debris floating in the pool and visible dirt and objects at the bottom. The pool was still dirty the following day. Staff temporarily closed it, claiming that painting or maintenance needed to be done—on a busy Saturday—but later reopened it after several guests complained. We also discovered multiple ants in our room. After reporting the problem, we were moved to a second room, only to find visibly dirty sheets on the bed. We then had to pack our belongings again and move to a third room. What made this experience even worse was the employee’s attitude. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said there was no manager on duty for the entire weekend and that she could not contact one because, in her words, “Your emergency is not my emergency.” That response was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable from someone working in hospitality. Guests should not have to choose between a room with ants and a room with dirty bedding, nor should they have to move three times during a paid hotel stay. I have photos and videos documenting the ants, dirty sheets, and pool conditions. Hilton needs to investigate this property, address its cleanliness standards, and provide proper customer-service training. We deserve a refund
