This hotel is a long term stay hotel for workers. It was very lived in, VERY loud, and not very clean. Do not recommend.

convient location, indoor/outdoor pool was nice, our bathroom was in the middle of some minor damage/renovations. Front desk staff were friendly. Restaurant seemed understaffed was unable to get breakfast went off site.

The on site restaurant, Ganders, had delicious food and superb staff. The room was clean when we checked in and cleaned well during our stay. Check in was seamless. One area that could use improvement is cleanliness of the elevators. The floors were often dirty. We would definitely stay here again on any future trips to the area.

Beautiful hotel with 2 amazing restaurants inside. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Staff were very nice, but I probably won’t stay here again. While the room was clean, the bathroom had a very strong musty and bleachy odor that never really went away. I also requested a rollaway bed three times and was always told it was there or would arrive. It never did arrive, and I finally gave up. There was no soap in the shower and not enough toilet paper, but I was able to get those at the front desk. The airport shuttle was prompt. Parking was good, and there was a nearby Meijer you could walk to if you needed anything. Staff didn’t keep the ice water in the lobby filled. Our upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy. Overall, because of the friendliness of the staff, I would rate this hotel slightly above average, but with the abundance of hotels in the area, I wouldn’t stay at this one again.
