The stay was disappointing. Breakfast was advertised but was not provided. The hallway had a strong smell of marijuana, and the carpet in the hallway and on the stairs was very dirty. The room I stayed in also had a large burn hole, which made it appear poorly maintained. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the property did not meet expectations.

We have stayed here a few times when coming to GR for events. It’s a nice location and has a great breakfast.

Was surprised by the condition of our room. At first glance looked okay. Peeling wallpaper, painted doors that are dirty and need a good refresh of paint, drapes torn and hanging, large patches of drywall in the shower ceiling that looked Like they could fall down, We arrived late and hotel sign was not lit up so almost past the property. Beds were comfortable but other conditions were . Unacceptable this room should not be given out to a customer

This was our first time ever staying at this hotel and it was wonderful and awesome experience and the decor is beautiful. We will recommend this hotel 10 out of 10.

I came up from Cincinnati for a solo trip. I was day tripping to Holland and Saugatuck for the weekend. The hotel was in a great location and only about 30 minutes from my destination each day. A lot cheaper than staying closer but it was worth it. The people at the front desk were great, the room was clean and roomy. The lock on my door didn’t work but I called the front desk and someone was there within 5 minutes to change the batteries. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The room was clean. Front desk staff was helpful. It was nice to have the restaurant on site. Great location. It would be nice if they had a quick grab breakfast nothing hot just simple as an amenity. Would stay here again.
