They put a $xxx they wont let me tell you the amount, hold on my card, then at check out charged another xxx, so that xxx came out of my bank account and put me in negative balance. ihad to have my mom venmo me money for gas home. I will pay $xx a day, they wont let me tell you the amount, for this over draft....said they could do nothing about it. dont use sheraton or marriott, they steal your money.

The rooms were ok clean there was some maintence problem with the handicap shower. The hand held shower leaked and sprayed water everywhere. The property is older and the carpet shows it. I requested and paid for an handicap accessible and a king size bed with sofa. When we got into the room it was only a queen size bed. No sofa, not even a chair to sit in except the desk chair. I called the front desk immediately and was told it was the only room handicap available.

The room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. Breakfast amenities were good. The young man at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The only criticism is that a door leading outside on the end was not locked. While certainly didn’t feel unsafe, but it’s something that certainly needs to be addressed.

Our room wasn’t cleaned under the bed. Property could use some updates.
