Great location. It was fine for just one night. The deadbolt didn’t lock, and the safe didn’t work. The room felt more cramped as there was a slated wall on one side (severely limited standing room and space for luggage). It was nice they left snacks and some bottled water in the fridge for guest use. Again, we were there less than 24 hours, and it suited our purposes.

The Spencer Hotel is a lovely modern hotel in Dublin close to the city centre and is also convenient for bus services to and from the airport. The gym & pool/spa facilities are brilliant, the breakfast room and food options were very good and the staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. Although our room suffered some maintenance needs, I'd definitely look to book again if/when we visit Dublin again.

We liked how central this property was, and that the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and laundry facilities were functional and comfortable. When we arrived at the apartment we experienced flies swarming around in the hallways and inside the apartment. Not a great first impression. The building and apprtment are older, there's visible signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness in the common areas (halls and lobby was lacking). Some of the windows were broken and needed repair and attention in the apartment itself, the mechanical closers were just busted and didn't work. Picture missing on the wall. Serviette stuffed in the old deadbolt key hole that was never repaired. The area is noisy at night, people yelling and sirens constantly. Definitely take ear plugs! The check-in process of having to download a 3rd party app and picking up the apartment keys at another location (City Breaks office) was super inconvenient! Depending on which property you are staying with this agency, be prepared to either walk with your luggage, take multiple taxis/buses if you don't have a car - just to check-in! If you are young partiers and like proximity to lively pubs and restaurants, this is a great place for you! If you are a family, maybe try a quieter part of the city.

Very warm in the room. Cleaning staff were very loud in the morning and woke us up with the volume very early in the morning.

Wonderful hotel in a great location will definitely be returning in the future

Our stay was great! The room was comfortable, the staff was helpful and the traditional music being played live was fantastic.
