Decent basic place to stay. The breakfast was less than minimal. Nothing hot, limited selection, not appealing. Watch out for the drains in the parking lot. They are so deep you could lose a tire in one.

Hotel management was never available. Was charged incidental fee's three times as well as a charge of $131.00 that couldn't be explained! My refund took nearly 2 weeks and was a real inconvenience due to an unexplained error that was never explained to me.

Rooms were very small and filthy. They do not clean. The floors are so nasty. The bathtub was dirty as well and they have cockroaches. We found baby roaches we ended up, leaving and not staying would not recommend

The room was good. Had a great view of the river and very walkable to nice restaurants

Other people's laundry in the shower, sink knob broken, shower had soft spot in the floor.

Comfortable stay for myself and my teen daughter. We were there for 5 nights. Room was clean, some stains in the carpet, but otherwise good. Pillows were not great, but mattress was fine. Breakfast was convenient. Pool was okay, the space could use some maintenance and the hot tub was not very hot. Staff was nice. We ended up getting a $250 charge bc my daughter got hair dye on some towels and the shower curtain. It would have been nice to be told before they decided to charge us. I understand why, although it was only our second day, and I would have like the opportunity to clean things up as planned before being charged. My issue was more just discovering the charge in my bank account vs being given any sort of a heads up.
