The breakfast room staff were lovely; the room was clean. However, the breakfast food served was terrible. As well, we got a noise complaint from WALKING in our room at 9:30pm - seriously?! We're not even heavy walkers!! I am a person who is very considerate of others so I couldn't believe that a staff person knocked on our door and said we had gotten a noise complaint from the room below. Obviously the building is poorly built if sound travels that much. This hotel is EXTREMELY overpriced - I paid less for a hotel in the heart of Paris, France two weeks ago.

The hotel is easy to find along the highway. Staff was very efficient and friendly and in person check-in was quick. Breakfast was perfect with everything a traveller could want. Checkout was simple and the king room was more than big. Altogether excellent experience. Will stay again when travelling through Clearwater.

It’s a new property without character. It seems understaffed but the rooms are very well cleaned - spotless! So a huge shootout to the cleaners. The breakfast room staff are also very lovely. The hotel is extremely overpriced but it’s mainly European tourists in peak summer season so I guess the hotel can get away with the high prices (the Euro is much stronger than the Canadian dollar). The rooms are t soundproofed well. The pool is alright but again, very basic with no character at all. The breakfast is embarrassing - I can’t believe they serve it to tourists … what they must think of us!

When we arrived at the Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls, our room wasn’t ready and the staff didn’t seem particularly helpful, which was a letdown. Luckily, we had plans nearby and returned later. On the plus side, parking was convenient and the breakfast was decent. Overall, an average experience.
