No lighgt bulb in one of the lamps, TV Very difficult to opperate

They were under construction, updating paint and floors but had signs posted and no messes. My kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was decent, not bad.

Rooms basically clean but issues with a few things. Fire alarm missing- but had three fire sprinklers. Towels had some stains. No sheets for pull out bed. When called the front desk to see if could bring sheets and blanket. He advised we would have to come get ourselves. Pool was somewhat dirty.

Front desk young man gave us the wrong information about breakfast time and we missed our pre-paid (not complimentary) breakfast. He did not give clear directions about where to go for dinner. The restaurant said it closed at 10pm but when we arrived at 9:50pm they said they stopped serving at 9:45. The hotel itself is decorated in fancy art-deco style.

The hotel was old and dingy. The bed was so uncomfortable, and the room smelled really bad. We stayed 15 minutes and ended up leaving, unfortunately not getting our money back. The lady at the front desk, however, was very friendly and kind.

Bad neighborhood, room almost bare, shower doesn’t drain, in fact by the time the water got warm there was three inches of cold water in the tub. Not a pleasant stay. Other issues too but I won’t keep piling on. Don’t recommend.
