Ciecierzyn Vacation Packages

The apartment has been furnished with the cheapest of everything. It has the bare minimum you need. We were left 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 small sponge for a 3 night stay. No dish cloth. The bedroom door would not close as the bed was too big for the room. The bed was cheap and creaky. Furnishings and fittings were stained and shabby. Very disappointed.

Beautiful hotel in the city centre with superb friendly staff. Sparklingly clean. Shame about the lack of animal-free breakfast options.

The hotel has a nice location, but the rooms are small, the beds are unclean, the smell isn't good, and the staff are rude and inexperienced.

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful, professional, and friendly. Appreciated the late check out and parking. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The have an excellent gym as far as hotels go. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved Chopin Boutique for many reasons, but mostly for the nightly Chopin concerts in the salon and also the proximity to old town. We could walk to everything.

Room was clean but had a bad odor eminating from the bathroom. That said, when reported to the front desk it was addressed promptly. Otherwise the room and bathroom were spotless. Very nice and professional staff. Good location with modest walk to the local and regional train stations (they are not in the same station) and bus stations. Modest cab or UBER ride from the airport and tourist areas. Many excellent nearby restaurants. If not for the odor, would have rated five stars and even with due to management's quick response, I would have given 4.5 if it was an option.
