The garage was a bit confusing, and the black lady checking us in was in a hurry - she took the time to explain to the couple in front of us but could not even tell us where the elevator was….maybe she had to go to the restroom SMH! Best Western Plus Mobile Inn & Suites
Very clean and staff were very nice. No problem with checking in or out. My only problem was the noise at 3 & 4 o’clock in the morning. I was there for a 3 day training class and getting woken up out my sleep that time of the morning was very disturbing.

Did not see hot tub, pool was empty. Friendly front desk. No microwaves in room. Very basic. I most likely wouldn't stay in another quality hotel. Rickety elevator.

No parking available at hotel. Every parking space was filled outside hotel. Only able to stay 1 of 3 nights, and checked out early. Hotel said that they would contact Expedia so that I could get a refund for the 2 days not used, but haven't heard anything yet.
