When we got there first thing you saw was a signs all over saying no water in any of the rooms. We had a mini fridge in the room we had not placed anything inside when we came back from an outing their was water all over the floor and door was closed so we did not accidentally leave it open and have the ice defrost.

Love the rooms

The rooms are clean no bugs or creepy crawly things. I enjoy staying there its nice and affordable. Plus the girls at the front desk are beautiful and kind. I stay there one day every week just to get away from people around my residence no one knows where to find me. So thank you Hotel Palmeras see you next week.

The bathroom was the worst part, it was dirty, uncomfortable and just decadent. Beds were ok, the room was a decent size... The tv would turn off on its own. It worked for us but it was a very poor experience overall.
