Miserable night stay
I arrived early for my check in at 1pm and check in is at 3pm so I was charged a $55.00 early check in fee one of the front desk ladies was awesome very professional and friendly the other I’m assuming was her supervisor when I ask about early check-in said yes $55 and pointed to the very nice lady for her to take care of it with other lady was very cold and standoffish but it’s OK. I understand the cost of doing business so I was willing to pay the fee
But this is not why my stay was miserable. The reason why my stay was miserable at about 11 o’clock all the power went out there was a blackout not once. Did I receive a call to ask if I had anyone handicapped in the room we were stuck on the third floor having to use the stairs not only that but no AC it was very muggy and sticky out no lights and no shower so instead of checking out at noon, which is checkout time I had to check out at 7:30 in the morning so I could go elsewhere to shower and to get ready for my day. It was the most miserable night sleep I ever had. I only had like one hour sleep to top it off. when I checked out, I asked the front desk for the inconvenience if they could knock off the $55 fee they said no it’s their policy to charge that fee that all hotels do it. All I can say is this year your policy come in you need to change your policy. You have a whole hotel full of guests that were miserable and I wasn’t even asking for a free room all I was asking for is the extra fee to be knocked off.
