I don’t understand the need to turn the hot water off during the day. For my remote work days if I didn’t shower before 8:30am it was cold. Many things advertised on both hotels.com and their website were not available.

The restaurant staff were amazing specially Natalia. The only issue I had is that the last morning I didn’t have hot water and the roof was leaking a little drop. The rest was perfect.

Good

An absolutely lovely staff that will take good care of you.

Great location, staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. Restaurant, breakfast and the rooftop bar/ resto were fantastic. The room was super fantastic. In short, I feel the hotel was super nice and compact and offered Travellers to Santiago everything that they need. Special mention to Johan and Eli for their positivity and help in making our stay fantastic. This place is highly recommended.
