We booked a kitchenette but when we arrived the lady at the office said no we didn’t book kitchenette. We showed her the prove of our email and she still said no and gave a room with no kitchenette and no air conditioner. It wasn’t working. When we asked for it she gave us a small fan that didn’t even work properly. Couldn’t sleep all night because it was so hot in the room. They were so many people complaining about their rooms. Never returning customer. Horrible customer service

I came in with fairly modest expectations given the price and the reviews, but I was still a bit let down. I was told my room would be ready by 4pm—which was fine, even though I tried to check in early and it wasn’t even ready for me at 5pm. Once I got in, the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The bedding was fresh, which I appreciated, but the coffee maker had clearly been overlooked along with a couple other things. I did mention it to the front desk, but they were understandably overwhelmed with check-ins at the time. The room was on the warmer side, and there wasn’t any air conditioning or fan available. It wasn’t unbearable, but definitely something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to heat. The relief from the heat didn’t show up until the middle of the night! Overall, the location was convenient and walkable, and I got about what I expected for the price. That said, if I were to return to the area, I’d probably consider camping instead of staying here.

I didn't like the uncleanliness of the property or the fact that there was no air conditioners.. the positive point about the property was it's location. We were a block from the beach. Just lots of little restaurants and ice cream shops around it. And the one staff member said he would get us an air conditioner for the next day, and he did

The first room they gave us on the top floor had no A/C and so it was hot box. The hallways are dirty, ceiling cracking. The front girl didn't know what a face cloth was because of her limited English. When we left we didn't get asked how our stay was. I get it's fairly cheap but I expect it to be clean at the very least. We will not be staying there again.

This place is literally falling apart! Obviously run by someone uninterested in repeat business. I bought the "kitchenette" didn't get anything beyond bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker...no prep area, no separate sink.

Dreadful stay. It was only one night, but I’m so mad at myself for spending $180 on this place. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable, the lamps were unplugged. The hallways are dirty and dark. The bathroom had a loose ceiling tile, and was in awful condition. The air conditioning did not work in our room. Just terrible.

I will never go back. The A/C didn’t work and our room was so hot that falling a sleep impossible that at 3 am went to the lobby as there was A/C there. The room was super dirty with something sticky running Down on the inside door and bird crap all over the window and duct tape holding a fold out window together and bath tub was gross. One front desk guy said the A/C had not worked in three days and one said it had not worked in three years.

The carpets had stains, so I felt I had to have shoes on while in room. The lamp shades had spots and stains on them . The room was very warm, air conditioning did not work had a potable fan but still had a terrible sleep due to being so warm. Also opening up the curtains to look out at view, the windows were filthy. I will not be staying there again. The staff were friendly.

Location was great, parking was convenient. Staff were nice. Otherwise very run down hotel, definitely in need of a serious face-lift, plumbing was an issue, Lobby bathrooms mostly out of order and needed restocking and cleaning.

I have to say the staff did their best with what they had to deal with. This hotel is falling apart! Sorry! It was a very hot weekend and their central air wasn't working. They did their best to get window units but they were installed quickly and looked unsafe (noted: they were under a lot of pressure to accommodate travelers a.s.a.p) Also most of the lamps, lights, and outlets were not working and for those with CPAP machines that was scary! However the Beds were comfortable and the staff were great but the hotel needs a lot of work! Also screens on the windows, if you have no a/c might be a good addition. They didn't seem ready for us! Must be new owners? Our first room was unmade but they quickly got us into another room but with one bed that my friend and I had to share. I really hope that they can get this hotel back to the status that equal the rates that a person has to pay.

I would not recommend this property. It seems like the owners are in over their heads and there were patches on the wall, corroded sprinkler in the bathroom, very few working outlets in the room and the property in general is in disrepair. I was very disappointed.

The hallways were very dark and dated, old stained uneven carpets, peeling wallpaper etc. The stairwells were very stuffy and smelled bad and outdated. Surprisingly the room was quite nice, new carpet and bedding. It was clean. It had a window ac that kept the room nice and cool but was not installed properly. The bed was decently comfortable but did have a bit of a sag in it. The staff were all friendly. We did get a parking ticket out front of the hotel, poor signage, we were not impressed wirh that

It was nice but it need more out lets. It needed to bescrubbed down there was mould un the bathroom. We went to make 2 trups to our car and the cleaning staff kept telling us to check out. We knew that we just had to make 2 trips. I recommend a deep clean inside and out.
