The hotel had a charming old-fashioned vibe that felt cozy and fun. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and quick to help with everything. We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the cool spring weather and light rain. Truly a relaxing experience!

It was absolutely fantastic. We went for my mom’s 80th birthday. The customer service was excellent. The only thing I would recommend is that they re-tile and clean up the pools. It does look a little bit dated.

Beautiful hotel & hot pools!

Great hotel with so much ambiance and such a picturesque location! We stayed in an older section of the hotel. The room was ultra clean and the bed was comfortable. Air handling wasn’t the greatest so we opened the window to occasionally cool down the room. The hot pool is phenomenal. There are great restaurants on site and within walking distance. Would certainly recommend this property and stay there again!

We stayed 3 nights at this resort for our first visit to Harrison Hot Springs. It was supposed to be a relaxing trip, but unfortunately, the resort didn’t meet expectations. The building is very dated. As a hot springs resort, the setup is not ideal—rooms have carpeted floors, and the bathrooms lack fans. Steam from showers and wet swimsuits lingers, making the room feel constantly damp and musty. Swimsuits don’t dry properly, and over time, it becomes unpleasant. There's also no soundproofing; we could hear neighbors talking, snoring, and walking around. The squeaky floorboards made it awkward to move without disturbing others. Value for money was disappointing. We booked via Expedia without breakfast included, thinking we might try local spots. But we gave the breakfast buffet a try—it was CAD 33 per person for a very basic selection, not worth the price. It left us skeptical about trying The Copper Room, even though we had considered it for a birthday dinner. Amenities were also lacking. Slippers would’ve been appreciated, especially given how worn the carpet looked. A kettle in the room would be nice too—some guests prefer tea or hot drinks at night. Also, the wristband system for hot springs felt unnecessary; key card access is already required, and wearing a wet band for days was annoying. The town is beautiful, but I wouldn’t return to this resort unless it’s renovated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the East tower. My only negative comment was that the pools could have been vacuumed out of debris on the bottom. I understand that the trees are loosing needles etc. I noticed these floating on top of the water but also in areas on the bottom. Aside from that the staff were excellent everywhere - front desk, restaurants, room service, definitely a 5*for all of them.

We were there 3 days. It is the only hotel I have ever stayed at that did not daily clean your room unless you phoned every day to request it. This we did not know until not having it done after the first night. Finally called to get dry towels and coffee for the next day in the evening and was told this interesting news. New management apparently decided this was the “new rule”. Not impressed. Will be trying other hotels next time.

kids in the adult pool , no supervision no rules and water just cold on the pool outside with nobody checking the temperature and how clean is the water !!! (being at the hotel many times and every time a technician come few times a day to check the water temp and to take a sample of the water ) .. this stay i did not see it done not even once !!!
