Busy being Sept long weekend. All good . Lack of seating around pools though. Buffet breakfast only? Luckily lots of restaurants nearby for breakfast.

A very tired hotel

Staff are friendly and the location is great but there is so much potential in this hotel that’s left unused. The decor is very tired, the room we stayed in was seemingly last decorated in the 1970s and the pool bar was inconsistent. There weren’t enough pool loungers and the outdoor pools themselves could do with a clean. A real shame.

3 Hours From Seattle — a World Away!

Just as I remember the resort from my childhood. So happy to share with my family! Thanks for your kindness and attention to detail. The little things really do matter.

We were charged over $400 for a tiny, dated room that had a small bathroom with no proper ventilation. The view was a rooftop air conditioning plant. There were stains on the furniture and on the torn carpeting … and a strange hair on the bathroom sink. I think that even at $150, this room would be overpriced. The rest of the property was tired and worn. It was unfortunate that this was non refundable or we would have stayed somewhere else.

Locale however is great.

Arrived at 6 pm and room was not ready. Chaotic check in due to lots of people and kids. When we got in our room the a/c and thermostat didn’t work but they got fixed quickly. Hot water pools were crowded. No view room. Too expensive for what we got. Locale however is great.

besides all the major hiccups at the start with check in with the reservations, and the room was heavily smelled of smoke in a non-smoking room . Entry of the whole state they never cleaned our room.

Don’t recommend.

Staff didn’t seem friendly/welcoming at check in. The rug has an odour to it, definitely should be replaced. Kind of run down hotel. Husband pointed out mold on the back of the bathroom door. Wasn’t too impressed. The bedding was okay and comfy, other than that nothing special.
