We were in the main hotel section which is in need of upgrades. Had to go ask for an upgrade as our room was small along with a small bed. Not what we expected for the price could get better booking directly through the hotel and could have got breakfast buffet included.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. Although the official check-in time was 4:00 PM, and I had completed the entire process online in advance, we still had to wait about one extra hour to receive our room. I was there with my two-month-old baby, and this delay completely ruined our plans. The room was very small and extremely dirty, with not even enough space to place a baby crib. The toilet flush was not working properly, and the bedsheets were dirty and messy. Overall, for the amount of money you pay, you do not receive acceptable service at all. It was a very disappointing experience.
