Pool was a bonus on a hot day, and the staff was over and above for help and local info.

Terrible place to stay. Would love a refund... floors extremely tacky, was like walking on glue. Heat baseboard heaters so full of dust you would never turn them on...rundown p.ace for a best western...

Beautiful spot right on Sydney harbor and on the boardwalk. Within walking distance to all the restaurants and stores you may need. There is a lovely observation area on the 8th floor just outside the exercise room. The staff are very polite and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Simon.

I feel that a 4pm check-in time is absolutely ridiculous. There are some guests that stay one night and are leaving on the 5am flight. With your check-in time those guests are not in your hotel for 12 hours and paying $300+ for the night. Beautiful hotel and view but 4pm is wrong. Hire some more cleaning staff again. Cutbacks are best in other sectors not cleaning staff.
