Very polite lady checked us in, room was clean, excellent location. Relaxing A+++

Everything was wonderful, Clean Rooms, Clean Property, Etc. Two little things, I was approached about a timeshare before I could get my parking pass(which I detest}, I am trying to relax and the cigarette Smoke coming from the apartments below mine were unbearable, I literally could not enjoy the beautiful view.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently within walking distance to many things we wanted to do.

Very nice room in a good location. Be sure to request a room with a pool view. Otherwise, you'll get a view of a brick wall, the convention center.

Older property but kept up very well. Perfect location downtown with close proximity to everything. Walking is convenient and easy to get to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. Beats the competitors. Parking was great. They give you a mirror tag to show you are staying at the property. Would definitely stay there again.
