"Comfortable Hotel"
This place was comfortable and well kept. The staff members were friendly and professional. Additionally, the hotel is in the middle of the city and it is easy to get to the train station. It's also near the Insadong market, which I would recommend you check out if you visit Seoul.

"Clean, calm, classy "
This hotel in right jn rhe center of Euljiro-3, close to food and the subway station which is 2 minutes walk away. The room is as the title says, with an urban industrial feel with high ceilings and clean white lines. This hotel is definately catered to western visitors as there is no specific area for taking off shoes and on your reservation card, there is a tear-off section with the hotel address and instructions to give to the taxi driver should you need to get back and can't speak Korwan. It was a really clever and simple touch that makes a huge difference. Room cleaning is available everyday in request and there is free WiFi. I highly recommend this place and I will stay again.

Very friendly staff! Even though there was a fun and bustling neighborhood just outside the building, my room was very quiet. Close to both Insadong and Gwangjang Market. I will definitely stay here again.

"Central hotel in Seoul"
We stayed here about one week, and we liked it. The hotel is quite difficult to find initially even though is just in the centre of the city close to many historical attractions. Not a luxury choice but vey good value and comfortable, a very good base from where to explore the city. For some reason, I guess the wood design of our room, made sleeping here wonderful. Very quite and relaxing even though the location would suggest otherwise. Food is decent and staff is helpful with all kinds of questions we had on directions transportation etc.

Shuttle service available at scheduled to Myeongdong and Seoul Station where you can take the AREX to airport. Approximately 15mins walk to myeongdong street, lotte mall & gwangjang market.

"Small room for but adequate. Room facilities good"
Staff always greet you when you enter or exit. room is small but the room facilities are great. Breakfast is very basic, cup noodles and bread but enough to get you going. Availability of other food is very near to the hotel. location is great, very short walking distance to jongno 3-ga metro. Tv channels are aplenty. a computer in the room in case you need to do any work or research, a pity it does not have a speaker else it will be great.

Hotel Nafore

Hotel is very near subway station, about 5mins to Line 1, but you'll have to walk through narrow streets and alleys of trophy makers/sellers. It could be intimidating and scary even at first. It is about 10-15mins walk to Myeongdong Market. Room is big and clean. The pillows can be firmer though. The cable TV has about 300 channels, but 99% are non-English. The bath tub is decent size. The toilet is electronic and the seat is heated. Bottles of water are provided daily. Breakfast is forgetable at most. But it is as advertised so I won't take it against them. Hotel staff need to smile more. They do their job well but they should learn to be warmer. I came from a country where people are warm and welcoming so it's unusual for me that people at the front desk are rigid and robotic. The cleaning lady though was very nice; she tried to engage in small talks even with her limited English. The hotel has unlimited water and coffee at the lobby area 24/7. And their coffee from the self-service espresso machine is actually very good. It was freezing in Seoul during my stay so a hot cup of coffee after every day of stroll outside was a good treat. There are Starbucks, McDonalds and Burger King within walking distance. It's a plus if you want to skip Korean cuisine once in a while.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
