Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is old and shabby. Our room had a very slow draining sink, a broken soap dispenser in the shower with no soap in it, broken drawer handles on the dresser, the tv in the bedroom didn't work, the sofa had holes in the cushions and the chair was stained. Both treadmills didn't work and the pool was closed.

Very professional, warm and attentive

The view from the balcony of our lakefront room was lovely. Unfortunately the balcony had not been cleaned - a few pieces of trash but the a/c unit about 6” from the chairs were covered in bugs. Hard to keep it clean with the nearby water but this was there when we arrived. The room was recently renovated and was lovely. We liked the location and had a great time in the area. We ate at the restaurant the last evening and enjoyed our food.

I love staying at this property! The cabins are immaculate and it’s in the perfect location to visit all the wineries!

Excellent place, extremely clean and well kept. Wish I had more time on the property.
