Staff members were great and very clean and quiet place

Amenities were terrific! Check in was slightly delayed as I never received my access code until about 45 minutes after my check in time after texting to request it. I opted for a late check out, however, around 9:30 am on checkout day, hotel staff attempted entering my room. I had already confirmed the late checkout time for 1 pm prior to this and it wasn’t even the standard checkout time of 10 am yet, so no one should have bothered us. Unfortunately, this woke us up when the plan was to sleep in. We left for coffee after yet again confirming the late checkout. When we returned, we were locked out of our room and had to find staff (not easy to find) until we were able to obtain a new code to access our room. The electric bikes were a great amenity we weren’t even aware of. I would have given 5-stars if the check-in and late checkout process had been even slightly smoother, but this wasted a lot of our time and money, voided the purpose of paying for a late checkout in the first place and set us behind on our itinerary. That’s very unfortunate. People pay extra money for convenience, but when that convenience is not granted and stripped from you after payment, that’s just bad business.

Restaurant is not very good at all and needs dramatic improvement

We stayed in one of the motel style rooms. They were clean, decent sized with a couch in the room- which is always a bonus. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.. the room was very dated - circa 1970s and it was pricey at $200 a night for what it was. It was located close to tge Main Street, restaurants and grocery store. If the price would have been better and the rooms updated we would have gave it 5 stars. Overall it was clean, comfortable, well locatwith friendly staff.

Good place to stay in Chelan!

We did notice some brown stains on the towels we couldn't figure out if it was blood or fecal matter, so we were too afraid to shower. But other than that the breakfast was fantastic the staff was very outgoing and wonderful but I wouldn't shower if I was going there.
