Dirty, shared bathroom not properly advertised, no one at the check in to guide us in a no service area. Not enough light in the room. The coffee maker was awful and we didn't use... Overally a bad experience.

Room not ready, second year in a row. Toilet not flushing properly and people above me, very noisy until about 2am in the morning. Last time to stay at this property.

I’m was very satisfied at this hotel. Everybody was so polite with smiles. (Don’t find places like that anymore.) The hotel is very clean. Sonia Dean was very helpful and professional. My sister and I will come back! Thank you for all you do! You guys are awesome!!
