Second stay to attend Pau horse trials. It’s within walking distance, great comfort, great feel, lovely buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Dislikes ? None

Hôtel Eco Relais
The hotel was dirty, had to clean the toilet and bathroom on arrival. The staff are lovely, very helpful. Only 1 hand and 1 bath towel for 2 people...no more allowed. Shower hook was broken windows & doors filthy dirty. I wouldn't stay again.

Hôtel Le Relais
The hotel rooms need updating. We book an hour before arriving but Hotel.com had not sent it through to the hotel. The receptionist gave us the room and said she would sort it out. Which she did telling us it came through 2 hours after we arrived
