Given an adjoining room, noise through the doorway unacceptable. I might as well have been in the room with my neighbours - who were not loud. Complained and got a very poor response. The new part of the hotel is spectacular. Room was luxurious. Staff are friendly and responsive. Please note - not only is access to the pool/ sauna etc additional cost, you have to book a time slot. It is also at the other end of the hotel if you have mobility restrictions.
